Been mia again here on this good ol’ blog. Life and all the good & bad things that come along with it just consumed me. It swallowed me whole and finely regurgitated me back into somewhat of a routine. I hope everyone had a glorious 4th and is surviving this sweltering heat wave (haha aka summer) … sometimes I can see the craziness in some peoples eyes when the day is at its hottest.
So back to my unusual Wednesday post … I am including a photographer (the first here) and her name is Amy Amanda Braughler. Definitely check out her work here. She’s been working on a 365 day project, taking a photo every single day – even when she isn’t in the mood … even when she doesn’t have time … she still makes it happen.

These are just two from an entire collection of wonderfully captured moments.

Some really cool vintage finds at DK General Store. Check out the selection over in their Etsy shop. Above are just only a few of my favorites, there are many more. I remember using those old fashioned skates as a kid – you know, the ones that just fit over your shoes. They were silly looking but super fun.

Found these browsing Etsy this morning. They’re handmade keep it all together organizers by Launch Pads. You can even get a matching passport holder. Pretty cool eh?
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend so far! It’s been pretty hot so keep cool – see you back here sometime this week. Ideas for a new website design for Jengs Shop is working it’s way to reality! Yes again … I’m so indecisive!

Aren’t these just absolutely gorgeous? I just love cut paper – and the detail of Mia Pearlman‘s work is so dimensionally dramatic. A bit eerie don’t you think?
