Summer squash with tomatoes and shrimp

Inspired by this recipe, we came up with this home cooked meal by just adding a little shrimp. Amount used per ingredient, I guess depends on how much you want of each and how large you want this dish to be, so you decide :)
Ingredients:
shrimp, deshelled
tomatoes
yellow squash
garlic
olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Cut tomatoes and yellow squash into large chunks. Mince the garlic. In a pan, add some oil and semi-cook the shrimp, season with salt and pepper. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside. We do this so it doesn’t over cook while all the veggies are cooking down. In the same pan, add a little more oil, throw in the garlic and add the squash. They take a bit longer then the tomatoes so after a couple of minutes, then add the tomatoes. Stir it all up and then add the shrimp. Cook for another minute, season some more with salt and pepper and that’s it.
This is absolutely delicious. We didn’t add the basil and parmesan cheese in this recipe this time but we have in the past. Either way, it’s all yummy!!
