Cups of coffee starts the day off, along with making a list of what’s needed around the house.

When taking a brief walk in Central Park, BB spotted a red-tailed hawk way up in the tree. Too bad this photo is kind of blurry.

We had pasta again this weekend. It’s like a treat since we eat so light through out the week (well, me…anyways).
